What to expect
The first week.
- Day 1
Pick six domains. Use the defaults or rename them in 60 seconds. Open the wins screen and look at what your week will look like if you do all 18 today.
- Day 2
Do morning reflection — two minutes. The questions stay the same every day; you do not have to remember them.
- Day 3
Add one custom win in a domain that does not fit the defaults. Free tier allows one custom. Pro removes the cap.
- Day 4
Skip a day. Watch the streak pause, not reset. That is the design.
- Day 7
First weekly deep dive. Twelve minutes. The questions force the pattern recognition daily reflection misses.
